Charles Ritz - “Bremen March” (The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask)

about

“I've always loved this track, the melody is so simple and open for creative reharmonizations, and it's one of the cheerier tracks in a game that is considered to be among the darkest of the Zelda series. I stuck to more of a standard arrangement this time around however, choosing to primarily stick with the simple march rhythm and gradually adding saxophone harmonies and having the piano rhythms change until it breaks out into a full swing arrangement of the track by the end. I accidentally put the song in 6/8, so the click track became very annoying as recording went on, but I’m happy with how this arrangement came out overall, and I hope you enjoy it too!”
